Nowhere is an inspiring movie about Mia and her struggles to get a better life for her family. At first, pregnant Mia was doubtful of her strength and resilience. As challenges mounted, Mia found herself dismantling them.
I never imagined that Mia would last nearly a month in the ocean, in container that had holes in it. She was so determined to live. I found myself catching my breath several times while watching this.
When things seemed like they were looking up, Mia cut her legs. Her situation brought out a series of skillset in Mia: She became a phone technician, a welder, a midwife, a fisherwoman, a pediatrician, a rainwater collector, a physician and a raft maker.
She definitely did everything she could to survive.
It was so inspiring. I loved watching it.
