3 Stars (No spoilers) BORDERLINE ATHIEST ON AN ULTIMATE SCAVENGER HUNT A wonderful attempt and a fresh take at Indian Mythology or as the protagonist says "our ancestors". The film appears to have a great premise on the almighty but the execution dwindles apart as it pans out. Here are a few things I liked and the ones that could have been better: Hits: 1. Fresh plot, brings the mysticism from the Hindu mythology 2. Great narration (for an otherwise layered storyline) 3. Acting on point and keeps you engaged 4. Karthik's character arc is consistent all throughout (seeker and not believer) 5. Anupam Kher's cameo adds depth to the narration Misses: 1. Too much tell vs show 2. Formula-based story and keeps getting distracted 3. Throwing in elements like a secret society, and treasure hunt from the likes of Rober Langdon series and National treasure is too obvious and Telugu should stop doing that 4. The story could have been knit a little more seamlessly Overall verdict? Worth watching it! it's a fresh take nevertheless Mohit Chavan
