Best Christmas movie I’ve ever seen. Went in expecting a cute but forgettable romp. Came out having laughed my ass off, cried, and literally jumped for joy. Anna Kendrick is a treasure. And fish out of water comedy is ALWAYS FUNNY.

"Opium: How an Ancient Flower Shaped and Poisoned Our World" is a paradigm shifting book and a must read for anyone who has had their life directly or indirectly impacted by the current opioid epidemic - so, everyone. This book is full of vital information regarding both the history of the opium flower and ways to treat and prevent addiction and is a compelling and entertaining read. Dr. John Halpern has done the world a service in sharing his knowledge with us. Now I just hope we all listen.
