Mr. Pai has been commendable in figuring things very minutely and is a very keen observer. The book seems to be a guide for a newbie in Thane and covers most of the details. His description has been pinpoint and very deep. The book depicts his experiences in and around Urbania. With his soulful writing, he has been phenomenal and I recommend everyone in Urbania/Thane to use this book as a reference to get things done swiftly.
