This experience was beyond frustrating. Shopped for a new washer and dryer. Selected the product at a big box store. Stopped in to see if dvd had anything else that would match our desired features. They didn't but had the units we wanted at a higher price. Of course they would price match. When writing out a price they were still higher. I called the next day to check and of course a price match was ok. We decided to purchase the and then there was a new delivery fee. We asked and were told by sales that he had informed us. Funny how neither my wife or I heard it and it was not presented in the written pricing. Unfortunately we proceeded with the purchase.
On delivery day the driver asked to borrow a Stanley knife. I obliged with a new blade. He forgot to return it to me. I called the store and was connected to parts department. I was told to stop by the next work day to pick it up. When I attempted I was again told I didn't speak with parts and I needed to go speak with someone else maybe sales. 2x the customer is called out incorrect. As far as I'm concerned they stole the knife. No biggie but no integrity by the dvd staff.
We will never walk back into that store again.
