This was horrible! This is nothing like the Disney cartoon or the original story. There were lessons to be learned in the cartoon such as you don’t have to conform and you can do anything that a man can do. None of this was in the live action movie. She already knows how to fight and she’s not learning anything. Another difference is the writing. In the cartoon there was at least one person of Asian decent involved in writing for the cartoon. That wasn’t the case for the live action movie. It’s a disappointing movie and I’m mad that I bought that Disney+ early access rental.
