I've always loved horror with mythical creatures (not with ghost/ possession) but the character and the plot were something else. I love the interaction between the characters. It's even heartbreaking but heartfelt till the end. I'm upset with the military though...
Also, the makeup of the vampire mom was so great. From the beginning till the end it really shows her transformation.
