Micayla Brown

I absolutely adore this movie. I wasn’t scared until I thought about it afterward, and it hasn’t left my mind since. I was a little underwhelmed with how they didn’t really show any deaths of the mains on screen, but I think it added to the overall effect of the movie, by not knowing what happened to most of them until the very end. The cinematography and music was so perfect, the movie is a whole experience. The fact that all of it took place during the day was so unique and I absolutely loved how there were very few of the cliches you see in most recent movies. No jump scares, no creature lurking in the dark, just genuine fear that you experience along with the characters. It left me uneasy for days after seeing it.
