9.99999999999999999999999/10 Better than the original. This movie is one of the best movies I have ever seen, and it's certainly the best British movie I've ever seen. Phoenix Buchanan is a much better and less scary villain than Millicent in the first film because he actually already knows Paddington and the Browns personally before he finds out where the book is. The other new characters from the prison are also really great. There is not a shot in this movie where Paddington does not look real. The one visual effect that could look better is the dog. The rest of the effects look absolutely amazing. One thing I would have done differently is I would've had Judy speak bear again in at least one scene. That's why I took 0.00000000000000000000001 off my score, and also because the music isn't as good.

9.5/10 I have loved this movie ever since I was little, and I still love it. Visually speaking, it's not the best by today's standards, but it still looks pretty darn good for a film from 1995. The story is great, the characters are great and the humor is still very funny. If I could change one thing about the movie, I would put the longer version of the scene where Woody is in the milk crate and buzz is strapped to the rocket back into the movie.
