Unlike some of the movies in the past rotten tomatoes had it right this time. The character’s background and bios are exactly the type that fit into the plot so well. Maddie had three lovers not including, well I won’t give anything away. There is not one simple and boring climax but several mini climaxes all folding into a much larger climax that doesn’t end the way you’d expect it. How could one woman both beautiful and yet scheming make us want to be both for and against her. If you want an expired in taste film this is not one. It’s exceedingly brilliant and had me up watching one episode after the other. Will someone flee the country? You’ll have to wait and see! You’d think there wasn’t enough room for all of these characters in the plot... but well, that’s the best part.
