I am conservative and have never been able to listen to the show for long because of the insults to us. However, I do check in every once in a while to see what everyone is saying. Anyway, kudos to you Bill Maher on the "Lesson from Afghanistan" segment. It was beautifully said. Although we should never have let so many innocent lives fall into the hands of terrorists armed with our weapons, especially when so many risked their lives for our promises, I'm glad you are not forgetting them so quickly and recognizing the balance we need to achieve. I think hosting them is a good idea but beyond that, we need to make every effort to prevent mass executions and go back and get them out. There is not enough money in the world to be worth a human life. We can not desert them. Thank you for seeing the problem and not hiding the truth.
