Awful movie but to be expected from this director - the premise is itself inherently flawed... are the characters ageing rapidly on the beach, or is time speeding up? BOTH it seems!
At that point you realise it is another movie plot that has not been fully thought through ... similar to previous offerings from the director (The Village and The Happening to name but two).
Awful.
