Many of the things I learned early on before I made the US my home, I thought my country and my people "invented" them. When I read Prof. Chomsky's book "They Take our Jobs," so many years ago, it all became a reality. That was learning as the hightest form. Blown away by her experiences and her work about the subject. I need to revisit it again with all the reckoning happening now with all that we, Black and Brown people, have been experiencing at every level--disparities in health, wealth... Very grateful for this book and her work. Relevant then, and now more so.
