When the show first came out, I had no idea what it was about or why it was called "Twin Peaks". I think that back then I would not have understood any of the references or meanings. But now that I'm an adult I was obsessed with this show. I watched this show from beginning to end. Binged watch all episodes back to back. David Lynch was far ahead of his time for the 1990's. Then to the date of 25 years later they bring back Return to Twin Peaks where we pick up just about where we left off. All of the characters in the show returned with the exception of the original sheriff. All of the characters grew out of that series into major stars, starring in major movies. I couldn't believe how young everyone was in this show and then how old everyone got when the return came out. There are hardcore fans like myself that appreciate shows like this that make you have to think about what the hell is happening.
