Mathew Aitchison has put together an wonderful book on Prefab. The dream of affordable housing and a process that can take you there is more complex then most realize. Mr Aitchison does a great job of explaining multiple successess and failures, models and platforms that have been and are currently being used. This book presents real life data, pictures, images, flow models and objectively analyzes the pros and cons. I would highly recomend this book.
