Great show. Love the way the restaurant proprietors (all of the them) at first think that they can't be taught anything by the inspector, although his rather sarcastic approach doesn't help much. Eventually, most of them realize that they can do better by taking his advice. Fernando Peire is considerably more polite than Gordon Ramsey, but his responses are equally scathing when he encounters dodgy practices out the back.
