As a die-hard Star Wars fan, I have to say that this show doesn't feel like Star Wars. While other animated Star Wars series have great animation and awesome character arcs, this one has a terrible animation style that looks nothing like Star Wars and makes it feel more like Paw Patrol. The characters are also pretty boring and feel out of place. While other characters have names that actually sound cool, The main character has a corny last name that sounds like a lyric to a nursery rhyme (Bright Star) The blue ewok is just there and doesn't serve any purpose in the story other than to have merchandise available to compete with Grogu (baby yoda), the villian pirates are basically some "villian of the week" and give villians from Star Wars a bad name. You can't just walk up to Emperor Palpatine, tell him fighting is bad, and expect him to change his ways. Star Wars is meant to entertain kids, not to educate them on things they could be learning at school. If your kids want to watch Star Wars, please don't show them this as it will give them wrong ideas about Star Wars.

Even though I am a fan of both Star Wars and Anime, the two together kinda don't mix well. The animation kinda felt too flashy and the characters had very little development which felt out of place when compared to shows like Bad Batch and Rebels. I overall think Visions could've been better if it had story arcs and if it was done in the more realistic animation style of the Studio Ghibli movies.
