Maudlin and un-realistic story-line. And the movie left me un-necessarily sad. Who wants to see the death of a friend AND to see the friend's corpse decayed and being ripped up and eaten by sharks? The movie should have ended at the point where the octopus started breeding because that is the beginning of the octopus' rapid death (as in the case of salmon).
