GARBAGE! Do not buy this game. Stop after the first game and let your imagination fill in what happens next for Joel and Ellie. I guarantee it will be a better, more inspired story than the abysmal fiasco that is the last of us part 2. Playing this game all the way through feels like a chore - except you have to pay $60 for it, it takes roughly 25 hours, and you feel no sense of accomplishment after having completed it. Stunning visuals can’t save the overall product from outdated gameplay and a terrible plot. Characters seem to regress and make inexplicable decisions that defy any semblance of who the characters were until that point. The forced direction of the story and forcing the audience to relate to characters they don’t like in place of characters they actually liked is not a formula for success. In my opinion, this game is a slap in the face for fans of the first game.
