The storyline follows the historical fiction genre. The characters are funny and cute. The characterization become more interesting as the plot thickens, hence it is not at all boring but is refreshingly charming and worth the wait to look forward to week after week. Well done.

It took me too long to watch this drama because the title was so cheesy and uninteresting. When I did a few months ago, I was floored, I didnt expect the magnitude , and boy was I hooked. I love the whole drama and all the characters and actors in it. All other kdramas pale in comparison. Good points of the drama were promoting positive values, promoting reunification.. omg! there were really some good lines too. One challenging role was that of the prince whose character did not remain static, instead it has evolved from that of a weakling to a resolute ruler. good job seunggi. Hajiwon of course is on point in all her scenes, except when she sometime uses a whiny voice,ugh. Chemistry on screen of Hajiwon and Seunggi is so palpalble they look good together.

fast paced, action packed, much violence, credible plot. Seung gi as usual delivers. His face is more mature now, no more baby fats, suzy with her feminine softness is the perfect foil fo seung gi's character.
