The film is quite an eye opener and very well made to bring out the incidental issues that the policy brought about. It brought out the practical and emotional aspects of the oppressive policy while bringing out how implementing it seemed inadvertant back then. There was mention of the various propoganda and education methods adopted by goverment to create awareness and enforce the policy including some of the forceful methods. I kept looking till the end to see why preventive measures were more directed to females, were there no concrete preventive options that men could be enforced to take ? A lot of the after effects could have been avoided if such policies address the root causes !

Awesome series ! Brings back so many memories, infact takes me back to the atmosphere of my childhood. Extremly well depcited, fabulous casting , awesome acting , lovely screenplay, very sweet music. Nothing in the series that I can complain about other than the fact that no further seasons have been released 😞! Yeh dil mange more !
