I really enjoy watching the ITV London News, which I have only discovered this year. Smiley newsreader Charlene White and roving reporter and weather-girl Sally Williams provide the perfect antidote to the dreary "Bring out your dead" approach of the BBC and Channel 4 that we have had to endure during this terrible year. Despite everything, life must go on and the ITV London News provides that bit of sunshine that makes you feel a bit better.
