I really liked the characters of the original casts. When Shalita Grant left, I stopped watching it for two seasons. I really liked the chemistry between her character and LaSalle. I just couldn't stand the Gregoria character. It seemed as if she was acting not really inhabiting the character. Then when Lucas Black left, I stopped watching all together. Now a friend is telling me to watch again as it seems better. I will give it one more try.

I love this show. I thought I wouldn't after the characters of DiNozzo and Abby were eliminated. But when the character of Casey was brought into the show to replace Abbey, it worked out well. I realized that the character of Casey was brilliant and strange in her own way, with her own secretes. She is her own person. She is great. Then I wondered how could they replace Henry with someone like Torres. But he delivers some of the funniest lines with almost a straight face. The show is great. The writing is really, really good. I know it will end one day. I rarely watch television reruns, however, I do watch reruns of this show. Bravo!

This morning, May 31 2020, was very enlightening. The guests Margaret Brennan interviewed were down to earth and not rhetorical. They helped me understand what is going on in the minds of people on the ground during the protests. And as usual Dr. Gottlieb gave good information without bias (just telling it like it is). So thanks to Ms. Brennan and her producers.

The actors are wholesome but the dialogue is not always consistent, sometimes horrible. I like fantasy but the story is not compelling.

This is a really, really well written show. It's realistic and not predictable. I love the interaction among the casts.

I agree that no one can compare with Tim Russet. He was hard on the Repubs and the Dems. I was disappointed when Chuck Todd was made host as I always thought he was Republican, which is okay as long as one is "fair and balanced". When Trump became President, I think Todd assumed he was going to behave like other people who had occupied the West wing so he was very deferential. Because this President doesn't behave like other Republican Presidents and congressional Republicans are not giving him any clues, I think Todd is having difficulty determining how he should address a lot of the issues.
