The only Zelda game I had ever played before this was Link's Crossbow Training for the Wii and I think that played a huge part in me falling in love with this game. I had no expectations and this game delivers in being unique and beautiful and intuitive.
You should definitely play this game cause I think it's game of the year, hands down.
