I absolutely love the show and I will often times watch it all day long. Being a wedding planner for 31yrs and also a prior Bridal Boutique owner myself, I can honestly say that Shay was not the best choice for the show. All to often, he's not a team player and he brings negativity to the show mostly with Randy but sometimes with the entourage. Randy really does have a gift when it comes to reading people and also closing a sale. Shay needs to respect the process. In fact the episode I'm watching right now the bride is saying that she's noticing them at odds. Not good for the integrity of Kleinfeld's. I feel like Shay is in his element but he needs a different position. Planning a wedding & finding the perfect dress can be stressful enough, the brides don't need the negativity and confusion as their takeaway from this experience.
