Downton abbey is one of my favourite tv series. Watched it so many times, however, I've never seen DA the movie, and only saw this one a few days ago for the first time, with great expectations....unfortunately I found it so boring! Please let next years movie be better!

Seen this so many times now. Can't get enough of it, acting is good and believable, and its well written. Favourite character, absolutely being Violet Crawley, played brilliantly by Maggie Smith, brings comedy to the show. Least favourite character being the pitiful Edith, that will literally fall and go after any man that looks at her, including married men, without a second thought. I struggle to feel sorry for her at any point. I will carry on watching this until my dvds die on me, then I'll get more.

Had been looking forward to seeing this for a while, as it looked funny and action packed. I've probably laughed two or three times and found myself forwarding through some of it. Actually found it quite boring! Disappointed.

Quite possibly the 4 most irritating characters anyone could have ever thought up, only watching it in hope they all get killed off. I'll watch it with the mute on. Gone down to 1 star, finished watching it. 80 minutes I'll never get back!

Never watched this, until this week, never thought I would like it, but I've been house sitting for a friend, decided to give it a go, and actually enjoyed it, but only find the odd bits funny. The only thing I'm finding tedious now, is the elderly swingers, it was funny in the first season, now its just boring and I wish they weren't in it. Otherwise, it's really not bad.

Watched about 10 minutes and turned it off. Acting so awful couldn't stand another second.

So as usual good acting by everyone apart from Kidman! Who really brings it down. Wish they had chosen someone else for that role, could have had a perfect 5.
