Andrew Daniels explains nuclear energy, with detailed yet accessible data and over a thousand supporting references. He covers the three most infamous nuclear accidents in detail; 3-Mile Island, Chernobyl, and Fukushima-Diichi, both in technical detail and in their historical context. He also covers many less well known accidents. Whatever your background, there is much to learn from studying this book. Because there is so much data, there are also some technical mistakes. So don't run out and quote the T1/2 for 90Sr, etc.
