I thought the game would be good when I got it, but i didnt know if it could live up to its roots. It 100%percent does and more. I was worried about the more modern battle systems being incorporated. They really do a great job of combining elements of the original battle systems with the more modern style and I am really enjoying it. Much better than the ffxv battle system. Hats off to square enix for truly caring and doing justice to a a game I consider to be one the greatest of all time (the original)
