I loved it. Each episode conveys the same sense of foreboding and eeriness of the original. It has its corny heavy-handed moments (as did the original), but most of the time it was a great mindf--- with a socially conscious twist.I love the fact that they have maintained the social commentary of the original, and updated it to address issues such as racism and society's propensity for violence and paranoia. WHAT do people want? An exact remake would have been idiotic. Just an empty, nostalgic gesture. Those who decry the social consciousness seem to have forgotten what the original was about.
