I found this movie very mediocre. Might interest kids. Some fight scenes are good. It looked promising until Fred was held hostage by the mafia don. But after that it just became plain and predictable. The comedy is just ok. Some dialogues are good. I liked Fred’s character more. Overall, just 2 stars from me.

Nice, clean family movie with excellent mystery and intelligent plot, showing teenage girls can be more than just a beautiful object.

Brilliant! Darrin Aronofsky did a brilliant job by portraying a very complexed message in a simple way by metaphorically representing Mother as the earth’s soul, the house as earth and Him as God, whose writing everyone feels as about themselves. Everyone is making their own interpretation of the writing and in their quest to be closer and more loved by God they kill each other. They plunder and destroy the Mother’s house because Him loves them so much and allows (free will) them to do what they want to do. Even when they kill His own son, He forgets them. But Mother tries her best to keep the balance! But when things go out of control she destroys everything (natural disasters), only to be rebuild again through the natural process! This is what I took from this film! 🙏🏼

If you are into suspense thriller, this is the movie to watch. Good acting, good story, gripping suspense and shocking ending.
