This book is so dumb. It took me a 1/2 hour to read (at most) the author mentions a support group A LOT so i recommend you go on line and visit "Beautiful Voyager" and visit that instead of buying this book.. It cost $11.99!!!!
It should be priced $1.99... at most .The author states that part of the cost is due to the beautiful artwork. i bought the kindle version so its in black and white.
I will sum it up real quick.
on the last few pages she states that you should probably just get therapy,

If you love to watch a movie where everyone is screaming at the top of their lungs for two hours then you will LOVE this movie. The best thing about this movie was that it ended. I couldn't have sat through another second and if I had not been with others i would have left after 15 min. I couldn't wait to get home and sit in quiet
