I made the same mistake and ordered 2 cashmere sweaters and the website said they would be delivered in 3 days. Then I got an email from them saying that the items had shipped “from China “ I knew then that I had been scammed, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I received 2 items that had no resemblance to the item on the website!! I was not a happy bunny and I was told that because they were in thd sales they were not going to refund me! Well I contacted my bank and I furnished them with the emails from the seller and I got my money back in full. So if your reading this, when an item is not what you were expecting and the product doesn’t come close to the product on the website then you have every right to ask for a refund and they have to refund you the full amount including shipping fee. Please don’t order from them and then you won’t have the aggravation and hassle, but if you have and it’s not what was advertised then you will get your money back. Scammers are waiting to take your money and then deny you a refund.
