I want to defend it, but deep down I know it’s one of the weakest entries in the series, and there’s multiple games in the past that are superior. I think even the base MK8 is better. I think the new tracks aren’t as well-designed as those in past games, the physics and controls are clumsy (especially compared to MK8), the Grand Prix is very dumb and too drawn out, there’s way too many racers, the item balance is ridiculous, it’s too luck-based compared to the past games, and the open world is thin. But I’d be lying if I said the visuals and music aren’t amazing. I think there’s some great ideas in there but they really could’ve been executed better.

Micropachycephalosaurus is a quite small dinosaur (most likely grew to 3.3 feet or a meter in length) that is famous for having the longest name of any dinosaur. In fact, its name is 37 letters long! It was classified in the Marginocephalia clade, which includes pachycephalosaurs and ceratopsians. Micropachycephalosaurus, meaning “small thick-headed lizard” was named from a partially preserved individual that in‭ ‬1978‭ ‬was perceived as what we now call a pachycephalosaur.‭ ‬However more modern analysis in the early portion of the twenty-first century noted that there is no evidence that Micropachycephalosaurus had a thickened skull roof,‭ ‬a key feature for a pachycephalosaur.‭ Today, ‬Micropachycephalosaurus is considered to be a ceratopsian dinosaur or at least a relative of ceratopsian dinosaurs.‭ ‬This is not that far away from the original classification given that the ceratopsian and pachycephalosaurid dinosaurs are thought to have had a common ancestry within the ornithischian‭ (‬bird hipped‭) ‬dinosaurs.

While not terrible on its own, compared to the first one, it’s quite bad and inferior in almost every way. Weaker characters, writing, storytelling, plot, visuals, directing, acting, you name it 😂

This movie basically has everything a masterpiece of its kind should have. A great plot and screenplay, an interesting main character, likable side characters, solid character development and arcs, an intimidating villain, bright performances, powerful music, a perfect tone, and a brilliant direction. Other strengths include attractive visuals, magnificent costume design, glorious set design, and wonderful cinematography!

Catching Fire a great example of a sequel that improves on its predecessor in many ways. Whether its story, screenplay, directing, characters, character development, performances, tone, or atmosphere. 9/10

Baldur’s Gate 3 has nothing on this total masterpiece!

When I mean this is a masterpiece, I mean it’s a masterpiece. Not only is this one of the best Godzilla movies but it’s a geniunely FANTASTIC movie. With a very fresh concept, surprisingly deep characters, excellent acting, great drama, pleasing visuals, a fantastic score, and bone-chilling Godzilla sequences, this movie is truly incredible! 10/10, A+

Thanks to the bone-chilling musical score, phenomenal suspense, superb editing, unbeaten directing, energetic acting, as well as plenty of memorable moments and quotes, Jaws: The Revenge is truly one of the movies of all time. 10/10, A+
