I have a knack for watching deep movies and this one did not disappoint. Though very slow paved, it shines a specific light on father-daughter relationship especially in single parenting. It also gives them individual identities and shows the struggles faced and the joys enjoyed in parenting and in childhood especially mentally. Love the music selection.

A good night's watch for laughs, not a dull moment in this one for sure.

Funny, sad, dramatic, all the ingredients for a Christmas movie. It doesn't try too hard but it does the assignment of making the audience feel good. Rewatched it a zillion times.

Dangal is one of the greatest films ever both for Bollywood and the International film community. Nitesh Tiwari and Aamir Khan tell the story in the most impactful way possible. All the elements of a story as such as utilized perfectly and the movie does its solid best to keep you interested even though you already know the story.

Its actually a 3 and a half. It took me a while to watch this movie because I am not a fan of remakes, but later on it was something to remember the times of epic movies that made for an enjoyable watch.

Instead of the loud violent approach we have become accustomed to when it concerns stories about extra terrestrial life, this movie takes a deeper approach in tackling the effect of their presence among humans. The best thing I love about this movie is the score, it literally takes over your soul with the emotion it creates.

Everything about this movie was so on point. The variety of characters and the connecting stories made for a fantastic watch. Definitely one of my favorite movies of al time.

All the elements for YA movies play well in this movie except the actual plot of the movie which obviously drags out the story line in a bid to create a forced sequel with twists that make little or no sense if you take into consideration the plots of previous movies. In terms of characterization, the writers did little or nothing with some of the characters who initially had good storylines, but become sorta lost with the change of cast. I basically skipped the whole movie.

Slow paced, but the movie keeps you anticipating what the life of the main characters would end up like. I always love any movie that combines the strong acting talents of Jessica Chastain and Oscar Isaac. Their chemistry always makes the story interesting no matter the pace of the movie.

This series gives an unfiltered look into the dynamics of modern day marriage, putting into question the very dynamics we hold dear, and if it all boils down to one's happiness with the union. Great cast, setting and score. It solidifies the experience.
