Fighting feels great in this game, combos are awesome and you can string different attacks together, like up attack combos into a bunch of different moves, and you can juggle opponents forever if you're good enough.Though if you keep tapping the attack so you keep doing the first part of the jab combo, you can keep doing it infinitely until your opponent dies.
Along with you being able to infinite, sometimes the enemys can infinite you too. Hammer guys can infinite you if your stuck against a wall, it's pretty rare but it will happen to you atleast once during a playthrough
The minigames after each mission are nothing too special, but they're nonetheless fun, and are a good way to get money. You'll find yourself having alot of money and not being able to spend it all due to the lack f upgrades, there's only a few in this game.
The level design looks great and is fun. There are different objects placed on the level you can use to beat up the enemys with like garbage cans, chairs, street signs, and you can pick up enemys weapons, like hammers, swords, dynamite, and rocks, you even get points at the end of the level for each item and weapon you used. In one level there's even a book shelf ladder you can hit and send it flying into your opponents.
The bosses in this game are actually pretty good, a few of them are easy, but they all have different gimmicks and are fun to fight. The worst one is the dragon you have to feed fish to, pretty unbearable and the level's pretty hard.
All in all this is probably one of if not the best beat em' ups on the GBA, but it's held back a bit by lack of content, and being criminally short (most playthroughs take 1 or two hours), but nonetheless is an awesome game.
