Chicken Noodle Soup

This show is a complete train wreck. If you like shows like Riverdale that make absolutely 0 sense and has no correlation between scenes, knock yourself out. But if you want something accurately portraying a high schooler living their life, this ain’t it. The only reason I kept watching if I’m being quite honest was I had hope for Steve, liked the LGBTQ representation with Fabiola Eve and Jonah & I really hoped for some rivals to lovers action with Ben. Although there was that representation, they definitely did not get enough screen time together. Steve, rest in piece my Caltech friend, I sincerely hoped it would work out for you, but they just had to say, “but wait, there’s more! What if we hit undo with Steve episodes into the season?” Although it was nice to see Ben and Devi kiss at the end, it felt incredibly forced, especially with the fact that she was just casually staying inside his mansion and the moments they could’ve done it well (example: the model un arc) they just missed their opportunity. It was incredibly hard to try and follow along with, and the acting was not very great either. Also, please stop getting adults to do high school films and TV, it’s uncomfortable and weird.
