I’ve watched on and off for years BUT on Friday’s show about that poor man who died while on vacation really bothered me. Sooo yes anyone can have an enlarged heart but not die from it. Bad oral smell, vomiting and diarrhea don’t seem like heart attack. Especially when other people died or got sick from drinking there. I felt very sorry for his wife. It somewhat made her look foolish. Her giant mistake (to me) was having him cremated before more testing. RIP. Just had to say....
