Joe Reece

I've been a Dodger fam since 1947, probably because of the short stop 'Pee Wee Reese' . I carried the nick name 'Pee Wee' for years through my nigh school years. I went to high school at Le Grand, Iowa, where I think Cap Anson also attended. Brooklyn still resonates poetically in my heart. Best double play combo ever - Reese to Robinson to Hodges, best clutch hitter - Duke Snyder, best right fielder - Carl Furrillo. There's so much more, it stirs my heart just to write about them. This is the first time I've looked back at them and will continue to do so for some time, there is so much to learn!
