I can’t put my finger on it, but this movie was missing something. How in the hell did that dog survive while Hillary Swank’s character was recovering? I wanted to like this movie so much more. The actors were great, just the story was mediocre at best. I agree with another commenter, “Mother” moved great. She did not look CGI. I just wanted more. Overall, it’s a miss for me.
