Makes prefect sense to me. Being diagnosed as celiac and gluten intolerant, I know now why, after reading ER4YT. I'd say it's more like I've been on the wrong diet my whole life. So at 68, here's where I will start. My grandmother was two weeks shy of her 108th b-day. I'm out to break her record. Wish me luck!
