I was a fan until now.. they had a paid lady from the dairy industry come on a mis leading the american people saying milk is healthy well if ur woke an not a sheep then ask yourself why do we have breast milk for humans then.. cows milk is for baby cows it's common sense stick to almond milk plants have way more benefits sorry drs I am no longer a fan .. having horrible lieing guest..
