Disappointing Three Pines new book by Louise Penney. Almost no mention of quizzical characters living in Three Pines. New characters were cardboard like and story line involved a lot of running around here and there to figure out a sinister plot including monks and homeless folks and politicians and law enforcement betrayals. 47 minute conclusion completely far fetched and not believable. The door is left open for the next book to unfold. Hopefully it will be better than this one or I won't bother to read it.

There was a commercial for a woman’s razor today. It was touted as perfect for shaving the pubic area. OMG! The model (in tiny panties) had her legs spread open and used razor on open leg groin area and then used it again on her lower stomach groin area moving panties slightly down. I was horrified. I have no idea why anyone would think this was an appropriate advertisement. Is there no limits to who you (NBC) will take money from to support your mediocre TV shows? Shocked beyond belief. I thought he was better before the social distancing shows - I find the way he starts the show now talking to someone we can’t see really dorky and very stupid. I find this surprising from someone who has such a sharp wit and such a classy show before coronavirus. Drop the stupid intro Stephen! Otherwise he tells it like it is for those of us who are outraged daily by the current administration, but it is sometimes so devastating even he can’t make it funny.
