It was entertaining ONLY because thankfully I have video speed controller for Chrome. Sped up the boring parts - of which there were many. Sometimes 3x. You can still see and hear what's going on but at superspeed. Definitely Jerry Springer territory. So low life. I'm embarrassed I watched it (and enjoyed it). I'm embarrassed I'm leaving this review LOL.

Really enjoyed this. Not only did it bring back memories, it was informative about Rolling Stone Magazine and Ben's part in it.

A very contemplative quiet movie. Turn on the captions so you don't miss a word. Maybe watch it twice to understand the last 10 minutes as I had to. Such a great movie. I don't know how I missed this one when it came in 2019. The music is fantastic and is perfect for this film. I'll be watching this director and actors in the future. This is one of my top 10 movies.

I liked this movie. No, I actually loved this movie. I loved it when Jon Hamm's character tells her not to trust these feelings, that this is not real, "it's a release of oxytocin, dopamine and norepinephrine.". It's got to be the first movie I've heard that line! (It's called limerence, and yes, it's not true love or your soul mate and it passes). We should have more of that kind of reality in movies rather than the idea of a "soul mate." Halfway through I realized the movie was loosely based on astronaut Lisa Nowak. It was a bit women empowerment (not too heavily) and dealing with real life changes and questions. Great actors, especially Natalie Portman and Dan Stevens (what a nerd role) It's worth a watch.
