Amazing book. Very insightful, with an eclectic mix of perspectives it is a deep dive into the the relationship between legislation, drug prohibition and how it un-proportionally effects people of colour compared to other racial identities. Does a great job of breaking down how drugs are considered in the eyes of the law, what racism is and how it has played out in legislation across history as well as the present day, while demonstrating how both entities are inextricably linked in the so called impartial sphere of international law.
