I cannot understand why you don't provide in your program any details whatsoever of costings of any management fees that would be applicable such as : maintenance/upkeep of swimming pools, garden areas and general maintenance to the apartment block in question that the property is in. Obviously there are management fees involved, which surly must be of interest to any potential purchaser and of course anybody viewing your program on TV that may be thinking of buying an overseas property as such outgoings can make all the difference as to buying or not.
