Truth be told, Indian audience was not ready for such an absolute masterpiece considering the lukewarm response for this movie on Indian box office. Everything about this film from the background score to the visuals and performances delivered by quirky characters was mind blowing! The film has done an excellent job in combining elements of eco-feminism with folklore, attempting to challenge the masculine view of modernisation and development. The small town of Arunachal Pradesh with its scenic beauty and vibrant tribal history serves as a significant location in highlighting the consequences of harming Mother Nature and its guardians. The only thing that didn't work out was Dr.Anika's hideous haircut.... This movie deserves immense love for presenting such a unique take on environmental degradation and if you are looking for something different from the mainstream cinema, Bhediya should be worthwhile watch.

One of the best Horror comedies in Bollywood that I have come across this year. The film is an absolute delight with an amazing performance delivered by Abhay Verma and the somewhat adorable Brahmarakshas Munjya. The CGI effects used in the film are commendable. However, there were some loopholes in the plot such as how did the Padri have such an extensive knowledge about Munjya if it was supposed to be a supernatural entity known only to a specific family in Maharashtra. Moreover, some sort of visual imagery regarding the death of Bittu's father would have been appreciated. Bela's character can also be a bit monotonous at times. Overall, if you are looking for a weekend movie retreat, Munjya should be your foremost go-to option!

If you can get through the first cringeworthy 30 minutes of the film, it is bound to be an entertaining ride for all viewers. The plot is very thought-provoking and in tandem with the current generation's perception of an ideal partner. A feminist understanding of the movie would urge us to look into how 21st century men like Aryan appreciate salary-paid and intelligent women like his Massi, but when it comes to relationships or marriages, they are inclined to select a 'yes woman' like Sifra. Although the scene with Jhanvi kapoor towards the end was unnecessary, the ending of the movie was quite apt. Shahid Kapoor can be seen over-actng at times, but Kriti Sanon has delivered an excellent performance as the emotionless, stiff and extremely functional female robot that is not devoid of malfunctioning at the most crucial moments (as is the case with most of our electronic gadgets). The film is absolutely brilliant for a one time watch!

it was the best movie ever! a typical portrayal of a crazy, young and pretty Indian girl. she's wild, but not rude, sweet but not overbearing and most importantly, she knows what she wants. loved you Rani, you are amazing.

I see most of the people hating on the movie, but can we stop and refer to the fact that, the woman accepted the kind of love offered to her. toxic, masculine, aggressive and raw. yes, there were misogynistic instances, but it was entirely Preeti's choice, she responded to him. just think about it, he didn't touch her when the topic was upper thorax. she was the one to initiate the kiss and the emotions afterall. did Kabir try to ruin her married life in any way? no. did he vandalize her identity in any way? no. he was ready to accept the child even if, he may not be the father, for god's sake! all the people commenting on it's shortcomings, should atleast try to find real love out of facebook, whatsapp, instagram, tiktok, before spewing out some nonsensical theories about it.
