Good morning. This is in relation to your caregiver related show played on 2/2/22 and am speaking to the part about the individual with ALS. I'm a veterans advocate and am not sure if t he couple is aware that he may qualify for VA benefits related to the disease being named as being a presumptive illness for any Veteran who has served at least 90 days on active duty. I'm not sure what his MOS was, but if his time in training meets the requirement, he should contact the VA as it would provide benefits for him and his wife, medical and educational.
