Let me start off saying the movie is a decent love story. Acting is pretty good. Vijay Sethupathi and DSPs music are the main highlights. Cinematography and setting is nice too. BUT there's a HUGE problem in the making of this movie. The female actress is 17 now...so she was EASILY 16 when filming, and the actor is 30 years old. Who in their right mind thought it would be a good idea to have a MINOR romance with a FULL GROWN ADULT. That's absolutely DISGUSTING and not a single person is saying how wrong this is. And u may think this is a innocent love story, NO. there's Touching scenes, Kissing scene, there's a s3x scene...who the hell wanted to make a 16 year old MINOR do such scenes with a 30 year old Actor. This is sooo wrong on so many levels, and people need to acknowledge it. People in the theatre were cheering for these scenes too, what kind of pedophilia is this? Who cheers for a child doing romance with an adult? That's just awful. The makers NEED to face some sort of legal consequence, because there's NO way this type of stuff should be allowed. Or at least, the audience should acknowledge this. The fact that so many people are IGNORING this point is just terrible to see. We need to bring this up to everyone, because this type of stuff cannot/and should NOT slide or be allowed
