Hang on....THE VILLAGE HAD A WELL THIS ENTIRE TIME ???? Why not use a bucket on a string to get water in the meantime and not starve?? Why not then charge the battery directly from the bicycle on blocks using the dynamo rather than wrecking it.... Then optimise with the windmill later! What a letdown
