While the game features a hefty dose of nostalgia on top of some shiny and stylistic graphics, the Pokemon Go mechanic for catching Pokemon is shallow and sucks a lot of fun from a game that is only a hair deeper than the original game from 1998. Save your money for a gameboy on eBay, and grab yourself Red/Blue or the Fire Red/Leaf Green remakes, you'll have more fun.
